The rooms were clean and modern, with free high-speed WiFi, which was a big bonus! the location was great, within walking distance to the city center and markets.
The breakfast was not very good, mainly consisting of cakes and sugary items without many healthy options. It was also not included in the price and had to be paid for separately.

It offers easy access to all the tourist sites, allowing guests to quickly explore the city's attractions. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and service-oriented, always ready to assist guests with any requests or issues they may have.
The shower cubicles in the hotel are quite small, making them somewhat impractical for some guests.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to the historic city center and the promenade Arno. Transportation options were available to the train station via multiple bus lines.

The staff at the reception are very attentive, fluent in English, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or information needed. The basic amenities provided, such as the washroom and extra bed, make the stay even more comfortable. Another plus point is the hotel's location in the historical center, just minutes away from Santa Croce Church. With many restaurants and a supermarket nearby, it's convenient for guests to explore the city on foot.
